Anyone else noticing urgent shift rates creeping up in Munster?

Three urgent shifts offered to me this week at €48–50/hr, all within 24h notice. A year ago urgent was €44 tops. Is this the new normal or just summer holiday season?

Seeing the same in Leinster commuter towns. I think pharmacies are finally pricing in what 'urgent' actually costs them in stress.
